Did you know that your physical and
emotional well-being are supported and balanced by your natural energy
systems? Stress and inadequate self-care can overload your energy system,
resulting in compromised energy flow that leads to fatigue and habits of
overeating, decreased activity, depression, anxiety and more. Long-term
stress patterns can disable and block the energy system and negatively
impact physical and emotional health. Life happiness and the ability to
enjoy relationships decrease when basic well-being is not maintained.
Fortunately, learning simple, natural, easy methods of energy balance can
produce dramatic changes and free you to enjoy life and meet your personal
goals.
This Spring, 6 different workshops
are offered to help teach you the CORE skills needed to balance your energy
systems and live healthy and happy. Each workshop will include and build
upon the following topics:
What are Energy Systems and how do
they affect well-being?
Empowering life and relationships with
the CORE Energetics of Love, Freedom & Joy!
Fun and simple ways to stimulate and
balance energy flow.
Changing habits and improving health
through mind, body, spirit exercises.
De-toxing old emotional patterns that
interfere with happiness and health.
Relationships of quality and integrity
in the energy of daily life.

entire series, to jump-start your summer! The workshops are offered
